Fermentation Fridays with Farmer Bri- Harvest Jars
May 9 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

We’re back with another exciting series with Farmer Bri—Harvest Jars, a hands-on lacto-fermentation workshop at Braid Mill. During this interactive experience, you’ll learn the basics of lacto-fermentation, how to make a simple brine, and how to create your own custom jar filled with fresh, seasonal veggies. Farmer Bri will guide you step-by-step to build your perfect Harvest Jar to take home. We’ll provide everything you need—from the jars and veggies to the scoops and bowls. This is a fun, flavorful way to reconnect with food, learn a traditional preservation technique, and walk away with something nourishing you made yourself.
