Builders Circle is Braid Mill’s space for entrepreneurs, creatives, and nonprofit leaders to step out of the day-to-day and tackle real challenges together. Each Circle brings members around the table for honest conversation, shared problem-solving, and fresh perspectives you can put to work immediately.

This Circle is all about what it takes to grow beyond the founder. We’ll explore the nuts and bolts of scaling: hiring, outsourcing, building repeatable systems, and deciding when to invest in infrastructure. One member will share a live scaling challenge for group input, sparking insights and takeaways everyone can bring back to their own work.
