A 40,000-square-foot home base in Germantown, Philadelphia, where people work, host, and connect. Built for those who believe building together is better than building alone.
Your place to
Gather. Build. Grow. Advance. Collaborate. Launch.
Your place to gather, build, and grow in Germantown
Move beyond working alone at home, meeting in crowded coffee shops, and hosting events in forgettable venues.
With coworking built for focus, private offices and meeting rooms made for collaboration, and event spaces with character, Braid Mill is designed to help you work better, connect with the right people, and create more opportunities around what you’re building.
The space matters.
The people matter more.
The people around you can change what happens next. A conversation can spark an idea, an introduction can lead to a client or partner, and someone down the hall may have already solved the problem you’re facing.
Connection is built into life at Braid Mill through weekly coffee meetups, member lunches, evening socials, small-group programs, community events, and thoughtful introductions
It's not just who's here.
It's how they connect, collaborate, and show up for one another.
